"Never Look Back" is a crime series from Incubator Press based on a city created by author Veronica Giguere. The City of Charlton has existed in one form or another since the late 19th Century. So much time, money, and blood has been invested in its ports and industries that this harbor city has taken on a malevolent life of its own.
