Never Look Back #3

"Never Look Back" is a crime series from Incubator Press based on a city created by author Veronica Giguere. The City of Charlton has existed in one form or another since the late 19th Century. So much time, money, and blood has been invested in its ports and industries that this harbor city has taken on a malevolent life of its own.

Jubilee's resident applicant process has been both hailed as a way to minimize crime and foster a sense of community and criticized as a higher level of socioeconomic classism meant to discriminate against those not fitting an ideal "Jubilee" profile. "Never Look Back #3" showcases those nasty little things that don't happen in Jubilee... and what transpires when they do.
