In this issue, Emerson develops a crush on Ashley version 2.0, Frankie runs for President of the United States, Sister visits the playground -- then the dog pound. Molly introduces her new dog, Yaps. And Fluffy the Cat is suspected of being a terrorist!
On Pineapple Street, ANYTHING can happen, and it usually does. Pineapple Street is aa humouress and slightly surreal ongoing series in the tradition of Peanuts and Bloom County that revolves around a group of kids living in the same neighborhood. Emerson is the smart kid, his sister -- known only as Sister -- thinks she is a puppy dog. Emerson's best friend is Frankie, who is driven with desires of fame and fortune. Al Pro is the future sports star. Molly Bigale is environmentally friendly. And the new Ashley, version 2.0, is the overly friendly little girl that is surprisingly reminiscent of a Windows operating system. Then there's Fluffy the Cat, the feline with a mysterious past.
