The Evolving World #2

Namo, a bounty hunter who works for the organization Blackguard, undergoes a dangerous mission that he hopes will be his last. Complications arise when he's forced to work with a reckless partner. Earth is a post-apocalyptic world where everyone wears masks to protect themselves from toxic fumes, caused by an incident long ago known as Catalyst 3. Humans have formed independent organizations in lieu of a government, and nobody's on the same side.
